Anyone can search the desired test information by clicking on the search parameters tab on the homepage of this portal; also, can get this information by clicking on the search lab & test tab.

To pay test fees, you need to contact with the respective laboratory and follow their respective payment system.

To get lab focal point contact click on the “Lab & Test” tab or “Advanced Search” tab on the home page of this portal, it will open Search Lab & Test page then click on the Lab Details tab.

To include your laboratory information in this repository you need to contact with admin of this portal (BFSA).

Still this option has not been included in the portal but there will be a inter-laboratory chatting option in future.

At the bottom of the home page of this portal there is “Help Desk” tab under COMMUNICATION, you can click on the “Help Desk” tab and write your query or message along with your contact details. The admin will respond accordingly.
