BFSA Platform: Digitalize another 162 services

State Minister for Water Resources Zahid Farooq, State Minister for Information Technology Junaid Ahmed Palak and Deputy Minister for Water Resources AKM Enamul Haque Shamim inaugurated it in a function of the Ministry of Water Resources on Sunday. In this, a total of 162 services, including 33 services of the Ministry of Water Resources and 129 services of the organizations under its jurisdiction, were launched on the digital platform through MyGov. As a result, from now on, service application, service related payment, service progress, submission of necessary documents and other related activities can be done easily by calling MyGov Web, MyGov App, 333 call center or through Union Digital Center. From this platform, the service users will get all kinds of information about all the services and can also track the progress of the application for those services. On the other hand, service providers can also provide all services from a single place. This will reduce the wastage of time and money for both the service receiver and the provider.
